Christites for Climate Action (CCA) is a students-led movement initiated by Rev. Fr. Dr. Jose C C, Hon. Vice Chancellor of CHRIST (Deemed to be University). The movement aims to raise awareness about climate change and its effects, promote sustainable practices, and take responsible actions to combat the same. Aligned with the United Nation SDGs 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, & 15, CCA focuses on encouraging eco-friendly lifestyles and building eco-consciousness. CCA emphasizes collective action, believing that every micro change leads to macro transformation. Through these efforts, the movement strives to build a sustainable and an environment conscious community of Christites and beyond, working towards a healthier future for upcoming generations.
