We are looking for Female  HR & IR candidate for one of  the leading German Based MNC company located @ Gangaikondan.(Tamilnadu) Tirunelveli .

Job Objective:

Lead Human Resources function of a mid-sized manufacturing plant operating with a 500+ workforce (Blue collar and White collar). Drive CSR initiatives for the location.

Primary Responsibility

-          Strategic Workforce Planning with extended focus on flexible labour force

-          Strategy, Planning and Govern Execution of Employee life cycle Management

-          Strategic HR business partnering for White collar employees

-          Drive Policy and process implementation, excellence for Blue collar workforce & Flexible labour

-          Governance of Employee welfare & Employee engagement, Plant committees steering

-          Governance of Contract & Flexible Labour Management

-          Responsible for L&D of Flexible Labour (shop floor), facilitate L&D implementation for White collar associates

-          Drive and govern welfare administration linked to Canteen, Medical, Employee transport, Creche etc

-          People Consultant/Advisory role on Grievance Management linked to people & HR

-          Ensure Statutory compliance of plant & Vendors, play a advisory role for Factory Manager/Occupier on regulatory aspects

-          Responsible for ER/IR oriented strategy cum execution

-          Lead Liasoning with Statutory and Govt bodies, District Administration & Guidance Bureau key stakeholders etc

-          Build Connect & Networking with SIPCOT and other industry bodies, HR forums in region, Education Institutions

-          Drive Strategic topics linked to Digitalization, Labour model etc (active involvement as plant representative), lead implementation & sustain focus

-          Strategic focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at workplace

-          Strategic People & HR Communications with Leadership and concerned internal/external stakeholders

-          Periodic Reporting activities on HR metrics

-          Drive CSR initiatives aligned to Corporate themes and focus areas

-          Drive various Corporate Initiatives linked to plant and RBIN on need basis aligned with Business goals
