The Chairman’s Club (C20) represents the highest standards of student leadership at XIME. It is an exclusive body of students recognized for their academic excellence, leadership maturity, ethical conduct, and contribution to campus life. C20 members act as ambassadors of XIME’s culture and values, supporting institutional initiatives and representing the institute in key academic, administrative, and outreach activities.

Leadership Development

Institutional Partnership
To create a trusted student leadership group that works closely with the Chairman, Director, and faculty on key initiatives.

To strengthen student-led governance, professionalism, and collaboration across all clubs and committees.
How C20 Students Are Identified
Selection to the Chairman’s Club is rigorous and merit-driven. Students are evaluated through a multi-dimensional assessment framework that goes beyond academic performance.

Role of C20 Members
- Occasional meetings with the Chairman
- Leadership or student-engagement activities when invited
- Representing the student body in selected programmes
- Participating voluntarily in institutional initiatives
