Placement Process

1. Registering the hiring organization : TA team share JD, eligibility specs, and CTC details with XIME Career office.
2. Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) : Companies conduct PPTs online or on campus to brief students on the organization, the role, work culture, benefits, engagement and expectations.
3. Application from students : Students apply through the Placement Committee. Profiles are forwarded to the TA Team.
4. Shortlisting : Companies shortlist the candidates reviewing the profiles that meet the JD/ skill sets required.
5. Recruitment Drive : TA Team conducts tests, group discussions and interviews—either on campus or virtually.
6. Offer & Acceptance: The selected candidates receive letter of intent with job details, salary, and location. the role, salary and benefits, location and joining details.
7.Final Confirmation : Career office completes communication with the aspirant and formalities via placements@xime.org.
