While both PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) and MBA (Master of Business Administration) are postgraduate management programmes, the key difference lies in their governing bodies and curriculum flexibility.
PGDM programmes, like those offered by XIME, are approved by AICTE and delivered by autonomous institutions. This autonomy allows XIME to update its curriculum regularly to align with industry trends and emerging technologies.

MBA degrees, on the other hand, are offered by universities and follow a more standardized, often less frequently updated, syllabus.
