X-insights, the analytics club of XIME, is where anything and everything can be related back to data. It brings together the data enthusiasts inside each of the students, be it someone without prior knowledge or someone used to the intricacies of Python libraries. The club aims to make data analysis become as easy as breathing through workshops focused on latest business tools, interactive events and competitions, allowing students to view the power of figures from both an amusing and business perspective.

To cultivate a community of data-driven leaders by providing practical, hands-on experience in using cutting-edge analytical tools, fostering intellectual curiosity and promoting ethical data practices.

What We Do

Workshops and Guest Talks- Hosting sessions on using tools like Power BI, Excel, coding languages like SQL and Python, inviting industry-renowned analysts to explore the latest trends in the analytics community.
Competitions- Organize competitions such as ‘Decoding Data’ and ‘Excel Relay,’ all centered around using analytics tools to solve real-world data problems and Clash of Memes- an analytics based meme competition
Collaborations -collaborated with X-tech club to hold a ‘Tech Conclave’ event.
Flagship Events-Held the AI creations event, an exploration into how prompt engineering is shaping image generation.

Hosted the XIMERA analytics challenge where over 13 business school teams participated.

 

Hosted a guest talk called ‘AI beyond the code’ with a guest speaker from Deloitte.

 

Students from the club participated and won prestigious B-school competitions focused on analytics.
