XOPS, the Operations Club of XIME Bangalore, is where ideas and efficiency come together. It brings together students driven by a passion for understanding how businesses operate, optimize, and grow. The club connects theory with practice through workshops, industry-led sessions, simulations, and hands-on events that explore the full spectrum of operations, from supply chain and process design to quality management and analytics.

To be one of the Best Engrossing Clubs among Top Management Institutes and be the knowledge centre of operations management. To provide a forum for students, faculty, business professionals, and researchers to interact, learn, generate and exchange ideas.

To take up the responsibility to integrate the operations and business management knowledge resources across students and enabling them to take part in various activities. To draw on contemporary knowledge and create professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders of tomorrow.

Workshops & Guest Talks- Sessions on operations excellence, Lean Six Sigma, supply chain strategy, and process optimization, featuring industry leaders.

Competitions- Events like No.1 Yaari, 2T Trivia, Bottleneck Battle that blend strategic thinking, teamwork, and real-world operational challenges.

Industry Connects-Alumni interactions such as SIP Sundays, offering internship guidance, domain insights, and professional mentorship.

Flagship Events- The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification with Grant Thornton and Royal Rumble, XOPS’s annual operations-based strategic tournament.
