Dr. CMA Alagesan M. V is an experienced finance professional and academician with over 25 years of industry experience in finance, accounting, and management, complemented by 11 years of teaching experience. His industry career includes senior roles in leading public-sector and government-linked organisations such as Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd., Electronics Corporation of India Ltd., and STCL Ltd., where he served as General Manager. He also brings global exposure from his tenure as Head of Indian Operations at CCS IT USA, Tampa, Florida.
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, Dr. Alagesan holds a Ph.D. in Commerce and a Master’s in Commerce. His academic interests focus on Banking and Finance, and he has published research papers contributing to the field.
At XIME Bangalore, he teaches in the Finance area and serves as the IQAC Coordinator and Industrial Visit Coordinator, strengthening institutional processes and industry engagement. Passionate about teaching and research, he brings a strong blend of practical expertise and academic depth to the classroom.
