Throughout his career, he has led brand strategy, product innovation, and large-scale marketing campaigns, successfully building and scaling brands across diverse categories such as foods, beverages, personal care, and consumer products. He has held senior leadership roles including General Manager – Marketing, Marketing Manager, Group Brand Manager, and Business Head, driving growth through strategic marketing, digital transformation, and consumer insights.
As Business Head – Pot & Bloom at Cropnosys India Pvt. Ltd., he led the launch of a new direct-to-consumer (D2C) gardening brand, building its digital commerce ecosystem, influencer marketing strategy, and national brand presence.
Anand holds a PGDM in Marketing from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research and a B.Tech in Automobile Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University.
