Dr. Soundravalli holds a Fellow in Management, an AICTE-approved doctoral-level qualification. She earned her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Queen Mary’s College, Chennai, and an MBA in Operations and Finance from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She also holds a professional certification in Supply Chain Analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.
She brings over 21 years of corporate experience in operations and supply chain management, having worked with international brands such as Oilily BV (The Netherlands) and GANT AB (Sweden), and has served as Business Head for garment manufacturing operations. Her expertise includes vendor sourcing, product development, production planning, logistics, upstream supply chain management, and total quality management aligned with Lean and Six Sigma principles. She has collaborated extensively with global design and buying teams across Europe and the United States.
In addition to her industry career, she has nine years of academic experience, teaching MBA and Executive MBA programs in Bangalore. Her research focuses on apparel sustainability and circular business models, and her teaching interests include Strategic Operations Management, Sustainable Supply Chain Management, International Business, Retail Management, and Supply Chain Design.
