Dr. Bhadra K V is an academic and practitioner in the fields of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, with a unique blend of industry and academic experience. Her work bridges the gap between theory and practice, contributing meaningfully to both corporate and educational ecosystems. Her research interests lie in the areas of social enterprises and long-term sustainable organizational development, with a focus on building purpose-driven, resilient organizations by enhancing their strategic capabilities. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Department of Management Studies (DoMS), IIT Madras, an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Madras Christian College, Chennai.
