Dr. Christopher Rajkumar pursued his Ph. D titled “Towards a theory of Sourcing Innovation: conceptualization, antecedents, and performance implications” in Business Economics from University of Southern Denmark in 2017. He has a work experience of around eight years in both IT and BPO industry. Prior to XIME as an Assistant Senior Professor, he has worked as Assistant Professor (Operations Management), University of Southern Denmark, Kolding and Associate Professor (Operations Management), MYRA School of Business, Mysore.
In terms of teaching and mentoring, he has taught courses related to Operations and Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Analytics, Project Management, Quantitative and Qualitative Methodologies, and so on. He has also mentored students in their projects and theses. Dr. Christopher has published 9 peer-reviewed journal articles in the field of Supply Chain Management.
