Prof. Madhukumar P. S. brings over 35 years of leadership experience in the Information Technology industry, with a distinguished career spanning technology delivery, enterprise transformation, cloud applications, and quality management. He has held senior leadership roles in global organizations and has guided large-scale transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas.
He previously served as Director at DXC Technology (formerly Hewlett Packard), Bangalore, where he led the Applications and Enterprise Cloud Applications Delivery & Capability Organization. His leadership roles included Application Delivery Head, Global Capability Leader for Enterprise Cloud Applications, Application Transformation Leader, Telecom Practice Leader, and PMO & Quality Leader. Prior to this, he was Vice President at Mphasis, heading the Global Quality Organization. He began his professional journey as a Scientist at DRDO, contributing to India’s defense R&D ecosystem.
Prof. Madhukumar has also worked closely with Fortune 500 organizations, providing strategic consulting and leading complex enterprise transformation programs focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
