Dr. K. Subha is a Senior Assistant Professor in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship, Bangalore. She holds a Doctorate in Management from Bharathiar University and is qualified in the UGC-NET in Management. Additionally, she holds a Master’s degree in Foods and Nutrition from Bharathiar University. She has undergone advanced training in pedagogy and research methods at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), and brings over two decades of rich academic experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Dr. Subha has published research articles in ABDC- and Scopus-indexed journals. Her teaching and research interests lie in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, HR Analytics and Talent Management. Beyond academics, she is deeply passionate about mentoring student research teams and guiding student-driven clubs and initiatives.
